He holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity and top certifications including CISSP and CASP. Allen currently advises on Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and writes for Grey Dynamics on OPSEC, privacy, and cyber espionage. He is also the host of the OPSEC Podcast, where he explores digital risk, surveillance, and integrating the discipline of operational security in your everyday life.
Matt D.
Chief Operations Officer
Matt brings a diverse background in leadership, public relations, and economical strategy to his role as COO. With a Master of Arts in Sociology, he has built extensive expertise in public campaigns, grassroots organizing, fundraising, and operational management. His career includes serving as Political Director and as a lobbyist for multiple organizations. Matt’s proven ability to connect stakeholders, manage complex initiatives, and drive organizational growth underscores his leadership as COO.

Automation Systems Engineer
Michael brings over 40 years of experience in high-tech electronics, IT, and industrial systems. His expertise spans software development, automated testing, and maintenance of robotic and SCADA-based production equipment. He specializes in advanced data acquisition and reporting automation for large datasets. Michael has developed tools that process ICS/SCADA data to automate compliance reporting, saving operator time while improving consistency and oversight.
Pavlina A.
Systems Design Engineer
Pavlina is an engineering professional with an M.S. in Systems Engineering and holds the Security+ Certification. She has experience in systems deign, engineering support, and logistics coordination. Her background includes managing resources across both Windows and Linux environments, overseeing compliance tasks, and coordinating supply chain operations. Pavlina is also skilled in project management and systems modeling, bringing a structured, detail-oriented approach to complex technical projects.

Mitchell is an experienced ISR specialist with nearly 30 years in defense operations, including the past decade dedicated to unmanned surveillance platforms. He holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity and is pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science, further strengthening his technical foundation. A CISSP-certified professional, Mitchell brings proven expertise in cybersecurity, intelligence, and data analysis to help secure our customer's mission-critical systems and critical infrastructure.

Josh is a seasoned cybersecurity professional bringing nearly 20 years of military and defense operations experience, including in government surveillance platforms. He holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity and leverages extensive expertise in vulnerability analysis and network exploitation to identify and remediate security weaknesses. He is currently pursuing the highly respected Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification.
